Your position
As a Planning Specialist, you are the central hub of the Emission Division (ED). You ensure that projects run smoothly for both our clients and internal teams. With your precision and organizational skills, you streamline logistical processes and contribute to efficient project execution. You will handle a diverse range of tasks with frequent internal and external interactions.
Your main responsibilities
- Planning & Organizing: Create and manage project schedules; estimate manpower needs per project.
- Administration: Oversee all project-related administrative tasks.
- Purchasing: Procure necessary materials for project teams.
- Logistics Support: Arrange transportation, accommodations, and permits for employees.
- Coordination: Supervise and verify the overall planning process and logistical administration.
- Communication: Liaise with clients regarding timelines, execution, and deliverables; collaborate with suppliers and keep internal teams informed.
- Material Management: Oversee the use of equipment and vehicle fleets.
- Problem-Solving: Mediate and address conflicts or unexpected challenges.
In this role, you will report to the Team Leader Backoffice of the Emission Division.
Who are we looking for
We are seeking a colleague with the following skills and qualifications:
- A solid command of German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in office software and managing administrative and telecommunication processes.
- A keen eye for detail in collecting and analyzing data.
- Basic knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO17025 is an asset.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration and conflict resolution.
