Challenge - Solution - Outcome
A 38,740 in / 984 m, 48-year-old offshore flare line that had never been pigged since its commissioning in 1971. The project required inspection during a scheduled shutdown, but offshore conditions added complexity: limited access, tight spaces, safety restrictions, and the need to coordinate flushing, cleaning, inspection, and dewatering within a short time frame. Efficiency, precision, and cost control were critical.
