Regional Marketing Specialist, Americas

Due to our rapid growth in the Americas Region, we have a newly created position, Regional Marketing Specialist, Americas.
About the role

Your main responsibilities include:
- Generate sales and business development performance analytics through reporting, aligning results against key performance indicators. Develop and deliver periodic status reports that convey sales strategy implementation progress together with information related to the supporting marketing and communication campaigns.
- Produce marketing campaigns focused on building brand visibility and lead generation.
- Lead the regional content development process, write, and edit content for the company’s website, social media platforms, and other internal & external outlets.
- Management of third-party market research platforms; recurrent reporting and information dissemination to internal stakeholders; evaluation of data quality and return on investment (ROI).
- Utilize the Company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, serve as a solution champion for the regional team. Maintain CRM -- upload, review, reconcile, and cleanse CRM data routinely.
- Support the sales and business development team’s strategic tracking implementation plans.
- Support the coordination and planning of regional tradeshows and customer-facing events.
- Coordination and tracking of the regional marketing budget.

Required
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications – education in other disciplines considered.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in data mining, analysis, and streamlining data presentations.
- Available to work at least 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, in a hybrid (3/day per week in office) arrangement.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Above average Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills; Adobe suite is a plus.
- Proven track record and ability to rapidly learn, adapt, and optimize systems.
