
Office Manager (20h per week/4h per day)
Location: Niš, Serbia
Intero Integrity is an international company headquartered in the Netherlands, specialized in pipeline inspection, critical asset maintenance, and high-tech data solutions. From more than 25 countries, we support our clients in reducing risks, lowering emissions, and improving safety.
For our Serbian Nis office, we are looking for a part time (20h per week/4h per day) Office Manager who is organized, proactive, and enjoys variety in their daily work. Our Serbian team includes a Country Manager, 18 Data Analysts, and a LabView Developer, supported by an Office Assistant, and that could soon be you!
Key Responsibilities
- Adjusting and formatting reports, contracts, invoices and other documents with Lawyers and accountant help
- Managing daily office activities
- Handling incoming and outgoing goods (receiving, shipping, and logistics)
- Supporting accounting, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Acting as a liaison between the Serbian office and international teams
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- 1+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document handling
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- University degree is an advantage
