Intero Integrity is a fast-growing international company that specializes in inspection, maintenance and emission monitoring of pipelines, storage tanks and other industrial installations. About the position
As a Business Development Trainee, you play a crucial role in supporting the Business Development Manager and the Sales and Country Managers in identifying, developing, and expanding new business opportunities. You will have the opportunity to expand your technical knowledge and develop your commercial and analytical talents. This means that you will not only get to know our various services but also learn how they align with the specific challenges and requirements of the client. Additionally, you will work with our international team to translate customer feedback into service improvements. In this dynamic environment, you will learn the ins and outs of the profession, build valuable relationships, and contribute to innovative solutions that make a real difference!
Responsibilities
- Contributing to the development of long-term, sustainable customer relationships
- Conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities in both existing and emerging markets, with a focus on sectors driving the energy transition
- Serving as a strategic partner to customers and internal teams, offering insights and guidance
- Preparing and delivering tailored quotations based on customer needs and existing agreements
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical-commercial direction such as (Technical) Business Administration, International Business, or Commercial Economics
- Proactive, analytical, and customer-focused
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Eager to learn and ready to grow within a dynamic, international environment
- Good command of English; proficiency in Dutch, German and/or French is a plus
- Affinity for both technical and commercial topics
Our offer
- A one-year full-time contract (40 hours a week)
- A starting salary between € 3,323 and € 3,517 gross per month based on 40 hours per week
